Turkey & Roast Beef Panini

This is a rustic Italian sandwich that everyone will love and it is easy and quick.

Ingredients

2oz roast beef
2oz turkey
5 leaves fresh salad spinach
1oz baby swiss
1oz provolone
sour dough or white mnt. bread

For Pesto sauce
1/4 tsp. basil
2 tsp. Mayo.
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp. minced garlic

Directions

Mix all ingredient for pesto sauce while either the panini grill or a george foreman grill heats up. After mixing pesto then put on one or both side of bread then put swiss on then turkey then provolone then roast beef then spinach. Spray both sides of bread with pam and then place on the grill until bread is toasted then enjoy. Always eat it while it is warm.
