1 10 count biscuits
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (or your choice)
1 cup pizza sauce
1 rolling pin
1 cup cooked hamburger meat
1 cup peperroni
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup red/green bell peppers (chopped or in thin strips)
1/2 cup canned undrained chopped pineapple
(go crazy with pizza toppings!)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Open can of 10 count biscuits. Have your children roll out each biscuit to create "10 mini pizzas". Use the tablespoon to spread the pizza sauce to each mini pizza. Have them create their own pizzas: plain cheese, super supreme, pepperoni, Hawaiian, etc! Top with mozzarella cheese (or your choice of cheese). Bake as directed 12-15 minutes in oven; serve after cooling as cheese tends to be hot. The kids will have fun making a "mini" pizza for mom/dad by using the onions, mushrooms, etc. This is fast, easy, fun, and a good "family" kitchen project to do together! Enjoy!
