Biscuit Crunchies

These are great to eat for breakfast! Just like "mini cinnamon rolls", but made with biscuits.

Ingredients

1 10 count roll of biscuits
1/2 cup cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup preserves
1/2 cup butter

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease or spray your favorite baking pan for biscuits. Melt butter. Set aside. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Dip each biscuit in butter and coat both sides with combined mixture. Place on baking pan. Using your thumb print in center and add preserves to the "middle". Bake as directed 12-15 minutes. Set aside and cool as preserves are hot to the touch. Enjoy!
