Chocolate Cookies and Cream Dessert

I make this for BBQ's,but this is a great addition to any dessert table. It satisfies that chocolate craving too.


1 pkg.(3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 container (8 oz) cool whip(or any brand)
1 1/2 cups milk(regular,or 2% works best)
15 oreos(regular or double stuffed)


Mix chocolate pudding mix with milk until blended.Set aside.
Crush oreos to small pieces(not crumbs).
Mix 1/2 container cool whip into pudding mixture until blended.
Fold in crushed oreos.Pour mixture into serving dish(~ 2 quarts).
Top with remaining cool whip.Cover. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.Refrigerate any leftovers if there are any.
