Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This is a Favorite of my Grand Daughter. We will be busy after school making these for the school's Bake Sale

Ingredients

1 C. sour Cream
1 teas. Vanilla
1- Stick of butter
2 C. Flour
1/2 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas. baking Soda
1/2 teas. Salt
Topping 1/2C Sugar 1/2 teasp. Cinnamon

Directions

1) Mix the butter, sugar and sour cream togeather in a bowl, add the Vanilla.
2) Sift togeather the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt And add to the creamed mixture.
3) Put half of the batter in a greased angel food pan and sprinkle with half of the topping-- Add the rest of the batter, then the remaining topping. Bake at 400o for 35 to 40 Minutes. cool & box up for the Sale.--Enjoy
