Put Chicken in a skillet with a small amount of water. Season Chicken with your favorite seasonings, cover and cook approximately 20 mins until almost done. Do not let water evaporate out - add more if necessary. Put one large spoonful of salsa on each piece of chicken. Put lid back on and let cook another 5-10 mins. Sprinkle shredded cheese on each piece, turn off heat and replace lid. Let cheese melt. Heated cheese and salsa will make a nice sauce in the pan. This is quick and easy and goes well for those watching calorie intake.
