Combine all ingredidents except for roast in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour into crock
pot. Add roast. Cover and cook on high for
6 hours then reduce to medium for about 1 hour or until tender. Remove roast and allow to cool slightly. Carefully shred roast with forks and return to sauce. Heat thoroughly. Use a slotted spoon to serve on buns. Serve with your favorite cole slaw. Serves 12.
