Stuffed Rolls

Stuffed Rolls
These can be an on-the-go snack, or as a main dish with a salad. They are versatile as you can use ingredients that you like.

Ingredients

1# ground meat cooked and drained
1 medium onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
12oz shredded cheese
1 pkg frozen bread rolls thawed
1 egg beaten

Directions

Cook the meat and set aside. Saute the onion, peppers and garlic until tender. Add the mushrooms salt and pepper. Heat through. Mix in the meat and cool slightly.
Roll out the thawed roll dough to about a 5 inch circle.
Put on about a 1/3 cup meat mixture, top with about 1 oz cheese.
Roll the dough around the filling to form a ball. Pinch the edges to seal.
Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
Cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray and let rise about 15 minutes.
Brush with egg. Bake 350ยบ for 16-17 minutes or until golden brown.
