Mint Chip Ice Cream

No ice-cream freezer needed for this recipe. You can whip it up in minutes.


1 can Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 TBSP water
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring
2 cups whipping cream (whipped)
6 oz Nestle miniature semi-sweet choc chips


Line 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan with foil
and set aside. Using large bowl, combine
milk, water, extract and food coloring.
Carefully fold in whipped cream and
chocolate chips. Cover and freeze for
about 5 hours or until firm. Lift out
of pan and remove foil. Cut into slices.
Serves: 8
