THIS EASY, DELICIOUS ONE DISH MEAL HAS BEEN PASSED DOWN FOR GENERATIONS. THE PORK CHOPS ARE SO TENDER ~ YOU WON'T NEED A KNIFE. SERVE WITH ROLLS AND SALAD. ENJOY!

Ingredients

4-6 PORK CHOPS
4-5 MEDIUM RED POTATOES
10 BABY CARROTS
1 MEDIUM ONION
1 OR 2 CANS ITALIAN STYLE STEWED TOMATOES
1 SMALL CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1/2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP PEPPER
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER OR 1 CLOVE GARLIC (OPTIONAL)
1/2 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING, (OPTIONAL)

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325. SPRAY COVERED CASSEROLE DISH WITH NON-STICK SPRAY. LIGHTLY BROWN PORK CHOPS IN FRYING PAN WHILE SLICING ONION AND UNPEELED, WASHED POTATOES. PLACE PORK CHOPS IN DISH. RANDOMLY ADD POTATOES, ONIONS AND CARROTS. SPRINKLE WITH SEASONINGS. POUR STEWED TOMATOES AND TOMATO SAUCE OVER ALL. COVER, BAKE 1 HOUR OR UNTIL POTATOES AND CARROTS ARE TENDER.
