Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Easy to make and delicious. Children love them.

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Sift dry ingredients
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat egg and vanilla into sugar-butter mixture. Add mashed bananas alternately with the dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips and drop dough onto a buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12- 14 minutes.
