In bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread in the bottom of the crust. Sprinkle with the chopped pecans. In another bowl mix the pudding mixes and add the milk and vanilla. beat on low for 2 minutes. Spoon over the pecans. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with the whipped cream (can use frozen whipped topping) and pecan halves.
