MAKES 6 SERVINGS PREPERATION TIME-10 MTS

Ingredients

10 OZ BABY SPINACH LEAVES
1 RIPE PAPAYA,PEELED,SEEDED AND SLICED INTO THIN WEDGES
1/2 CUP RADISHES,HALVED AND SLICED
1 KIWI FRUIT,PEELED AND SLICED
1/2 CUP GINGER VINAIGRETTE,LIKE ANNIE'S
1 LIME ,ZESTED AND JUIOCED

Directions

PLACE SPINACH LEAVES ON SERVING PLATTER.TOP WITH SLICED PAPAYA,RADISHES AND KIWI FRUIT.
IN A BOWL WHISK GINGER VINAIGRETTE AND 1 TBSP EACH LIME ZEST AND LIME JUICE.
SEASON MIXTURE WITH BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE,IF DESIRED.
DRIZZLE DRESSING OVER SALAD.
