MAKES 4 SERVINGS.A RECIPE WHICH I TOOK FROM A MAGAZINE THAT IS SO SIMPLE & DECORATIVE.

Ingredients

3 OZ CREAMCHEESE,SOFTENED
4 DROPS BLUE FOOD COLORING
2 FROZEN BAGELS,THAWED AND HALVED CROSSWISE
4 CHEDDAR FISH -SHAPED CRACKERS
20 RASPBERRIES
12 BLUEBERRIES
20 RASINS,HALVED
1 LEAFFRISEE LETTUCE

Directions

STIR CREAMCHEESE, FOOD COLORING WELL IN A BOWL.SPREAD 2 TBSP CREAMCHEESE ON BAGEL HALVES.PLACE 1 GOLDFISH ON EACH BAGEL;TOP EACH FISH WITH RAISIN HALF FOR "EYE".ADD 5 RASPBERRIES FOR ROCKS AND BLUEBERRIES FOR "BUBBLES".PLACE SPRIG OF LETTUCE ON EACH BAGEL FOR SEAWEED.
