MAKES 4 SERVINGS

Ingredients

6 OZ BITTER CHOCOLATE MORSELS,MELTED
1 PINT STRAWBERRY ICECREAM, SLIGHTLY SOFTENED
1/4 CUP FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING,LIKE COOL WHIP, THAWED
4 MARASCHINO CHERRIES
2 ROLLED WAFER, COOKIES, LIKE PIROULINE,SPLIT IN HALF

Directions

PLACE 4 PAPER CUPCAKE LINERS IN CUPCAKE PAN.ADD 1 1/2 TBSPS CHOCOLATE TO EACH CUP,;USING SPOON,COAT BOTTOMS AND SIDES OF LINERS WITH CHOCOLATE.FREEZE 10MTS.GENTLY PRESS 1/4 CUP STRAWBERRY ICECREAM INTO EACH CHOCOLATE CUP;TOP WITH ADDITIONAL SCOOP OF STRABERRY ICECREAM.FREEZE 20 MTS .TOP WITH REMAINING MELTED CHOCOLATE,WHIPPED TOPPING,COOKIE HALVES AND MARASCHINO CHERRIES.
