A yummy and moist cake worth the wait time.


1 Yellow cake Mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb powdered sugar
2 packages coconut


Prepare cake mix as directed and bake into three layers.
Mix together coconut, sour cream, and powdered sugar. then generously spread icing between layers and on the top and sides of the cake. Put cake in a tightly closed cake box or wrap in foil and refrigerate 4-5 days before serving. Be sure to wait. The waiting improves the flavor
