Ingredients

4 medium potatoes,peeled and sliced thin
2 tbsp butter0r margarine melted
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
4 oz softened cream cheese
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

preheat oven to 375f.IN A MEDIUM BOWL, TOSS POTATOES WITH MELTED BUTTER,THYME,GARLICSALT AND WHITE PEPPER.
LAYER 1/3 OF POTATO MIXTURE IN CASSEROLE DISH.DOT WITH HALF THE CREAMCHEESE. REPEAT LAYERS,ENDING WITH LAYER OF POTATO.MIX PARMESAN CHEESE,BREAD CRUMBS IN SMALL BOWLAND SPRINKLE OVER POTATOES.POUR CREAM OVER THE CRUMB LAYER.
BAKE,COVERED,FOR 40MTS.THEN UNCOVER AND BAKE 15MTSOR UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER AND TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN.
