Mix crushed pretzels,3Tbsp sugar, and melted margarine together and press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until it starts to firm up a little. Cool and set aside.
Take boiling water and gelatin and mix until
well blended. mix in slightly thawed strawberries. Sir until well blended. Set aside. Beat cream cheese and powded sugar together until smooth with no lumps. Add whipped topping, and beat until smooth. Spread over pretzel crust. Pour slightly thickened strawberry mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Cool several hours in refigerator before serving.
