Great Holiday favorit.Pumpkin,creamcheese Yummy This mighy sound hard but it's very easy and oh so good.


3 eggs well beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c pumpkin
1 tbs. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1tea .baking powder
2 tea .cinnamon
1/2 tea .nutmeg
1/2 tea .salt
1 c .chopped nuts
Cream Cheese Filling
2.8 oz creem cheese
1/2 c. butter (soft)
2 c. powder suger
1 .tea vanilla


grease and flour jelly roll pan,wisk eggs till foamy add sugar,fold in pumpkin and lemon juice.shift all togeather dry ing and fold in to egg mixter beat until smooth.pour into pan top with nuts bake 15 min at 375 or until cake is springs back then immediately loosen cake from pan
place on towel with powder suger while hot ,roll cake and towel from narrow end cool completely on wire rack.for filling unroll cake mix filling
reserve 1 cup for decorating put remaining filling on cake then roll back up cake then wrap in wax paper then foil refrigerate untill filling sets before decorating
