Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13 inch pan spray with pam. Layer chocolate pudding as directed on package, add chocolate chips, 1 stick of butter, pecans, dry cake mix and another stick of butter cut into pats and cook until bubbly; let cool and cover with Cool Whip and grate Chocolate Bar over cool whip and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yeilds about 12-15 servings.
