Ingredients

1 1/2 POUNDS RED POTATOES
COARSE SALT & GROUND PEPPER TASTE
3/4 CUP LOWFAT BUTTERMILK
2 TBSP REDUCED FAT SOUR CREAM
2 TBSP BUTTER

Directions

WASH & SCRUB THE POTATOES..PLACE POTATOES IN A LARGE POT,COVER WITH WATER.ADD 1 TBSP SALT &BRING TO BOIL.REDUCE HEAT & SIMMER 20-29MTS UNTIL THEY ARE EASILY PIERCED WITH KNIFE.DRAIN .ADD BUTTERMILK,SOUR CREAM& BUTTER.MASH UNTIL CREAMY WITHA POTATO MASHEER.SEASON WITH SALT& PEPPER.SERVE IMMEDIETLY.
