Ingredients

4POUND CHICKEN
BATH-4CUPS ORANGE JUICE
4CUPS OF WATER
1/4 CUP SUGAR,BROWN
1/4CUP SEASALT
1TSP CULINARY LAVENDERBUDS,BRUISED OR GROUND GENTLY
1/2TEASPOON GROUNDPEPPER
FILLING
8 SLICES OF ORANGE
1TSP EACH OF OLIVE OIL,SALT,WHOLE CULINARY LAVENDAR BUDS
BASTING SAUCE-1TBSP EACH OF HONEY,OLIVE OIL
2-4 DROPS ESSENTIAL LAVENDER OIL

Directions

RINSE CHICKEN IN COOL WATER.PLACE ALL THE BATHH INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL &STIR TO BLEND.SET CHICK IN BATH, BREAST SIDE DOWN,THEN COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP & REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT,TURNING ONCE.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350DEGREE.REMOVE CHICKEN FROM BATH & DRAIN,BUT DONOT RINSE.MIX FILLING INGREDIENTS IN SMALL BOWL,TOSS THEN GENTLYTUFF INTO CAVITY.PLACE CHICKEN IN ROASTINGPAN & BAKEUNCOVERED FOR 2HOUR.BRUSH WITH BASTING SAUCE DURING THE LAST 30MTS OF ROASTING.
WHEN CHICEN IS DONE,LET SIT IN A PLATTER FOR 10MTS BEFORE SLICING.FOR NICE PRESENTATION ENCIRCLE WITH SPRIGS OF SLICED ORANGE ,PARSELY
