My Family & Friends ask me to bake this Peach Cobbler for any occasion they invite me to.


4 large cans of sliced cling peaches
2 boxes of Pie Sticks
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon ea. nutmeg, cinnamon & Allspice
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 stick of butter
2 tablespoons corn starch


In a large pot pour in the 4 cans of peaches add all of the ingredients (Mix the corn starch with some of the peach juice until it is smooth and pour it into mixture) cook on simmer while you prepare the pie crust. Mix one box of the pie sticks as directed to do so on the box roll the crust out flat and place in a large baking dish put this in the oven and lightly brown. Remove from the oven and pour the simmered peach mixture on the browned crust. Prepare the other box of pie stickes as directed to do so on the box. Roll flat and cut this crust into 2" strips place criss cross on top of the other ingredients in the baking dish. Sprinkle the top with some sugar. Bake in a 350' oven until crust is golden brown. Serve by itself or with ice cream.
