Directions
Beat flour, powdered sugar and butter together and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Beat eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder together. Stir in the rhubarb. Spread in the crust and return to the oven, baking 45 minutes more. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
