PREHEAT OVEN TO 275F
Spread each slice of bread with butter,& place butterside down on the cookiesheet.Then butter the top.
Cut each apricot in 1/2 & remove the stone.Fill each cavity with a spoonfulf sugar & arrange 4 halves, sugar side up on each piece of bread.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven & bake for 40 mts.Serve immedietly.
