This seasoning is a salt free blend good for tandoori bread.Try it in your favorite curries too!


2 teaspoons-ground coriander
2 teaspoons ginger
2 teaspoons of cumin
1/2 teaspoon each of ground cinnamon,cloves,nutmeg,paprika,turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of powdered cardomom
pinch of cayenne


Powder all the ingredients in a blender.Store in air tight container for 2 months.
