serves-4 My family tops it with honey instead of maple syrup.

Ingredients

1 cup-plain low fat yogurt
egg-1
vegetable oil-2TBsp
all purpose flour-1/2 cup
wholewheat flour-1/2 cup
sugar-1TBsp
baking powder-1 tsp
bakingsoda-1/2tsp
salt-1/4tsp

Directions

In a blender mix yogurt,egg & vegetableoil.When smooth add the flours,sugar,bakingsoda,baking powder,salt& whirl until well blended.Ladle out the batter onto a lightly greased skillet or griddle.Cook till golden brown,flipping onceServe with maple syrup.
