1 Cup water and 1 stick of oleo
1 cup flour
3- 3 oz pkgs. Jello Pudding whatever flavor you like(instant or cooked)
4-5 Cups milk(see below)
4 Cups Milk (with inst. pud.)-5 Cups (with cooked pud.)
1- 8 oz cream cheese--very soft
2- 8 oz. containers of Cool Whip
Optional: Nuts, Coconut, Bananas, Chocolate Chips,Sprinkles etc.
In medium sauce pan bring the 1 Cup water and 1 stick Oleo to a boil. Add 1 Cup Flour. Stir with whisk until flour leaves sides of pan and is mixed well. Remove from heat. Spread in a 9x13 GREASED pan bringing some of the mixture up the sides and ends a little to hold pudding after baked. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 min. Cool. Will puff way up then reside when cooled.
Mix pudding(again if using cooked pudding cook with 5 cups milk-or-if using instant pudding just mix it with 4 cups milk)with 8 oz. cream cheese, very soft, until smooth. Spread this on top of your puff pastry.
Top with the cool whip. Chill at least 3 hours or over night before serving.
Optional: Can add nuts, bananas,coconut, chocolate chips or whatever you like on top or even between layers.
