1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 Tbls melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, beaten stiff
1 9 inch chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 cup Nestles chocolate chips
3 Tbls brewed coffee
chopped peanuts for garnish
Beat the first five ingredients in large bowl until creamy. Gently fold in one half of whipped cream, then fold in the remaining cream until blended. Spread the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
Combine the chocolate chips and coffee in microwave proof bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes stir until smooth. Cool slightly and pour on top of pie. Chill 1 hour until topping is firm, then cover lightly and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
