This is an easy way to display chocolate covered strawberries and make a flower/center piece for your table.

Ingredients

2 packages of fresh strawberrie
1 package of Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips
1 microwave bowl
a serving spoon
a sheet of parchment paper
a cookie sheet
1 vase
small marble size glass pebbles for flower arrangements

Directions

Wash and dry vase and marbles.Set these aside until you are ready to arrange your roses.
Clean strawberries, but leave caps on them.
Pour chocolate chips in microwaveable bowl.
Follow directions on package for melting chips.
Hold the top of the strawberry, while you cover it with the melted chocolate. A large/serving spoon helps to make this easier.
Place each covered berry on the parchment paper lining a cookie sheet.
Place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens. Once berries a ready, place on the pointed end of a wooden skewer.
Arrange in a vase that has small decorative glass marbles in it.
You may want to cover some in milk chocolate and and some in dark chocolate.
This will give your berries a varried look.
Mom will love it. She will have her flowers and her chocolate.
