for the canneloni- mix the flour, oil,salt.Add water &prepare a soft dough
Keep the dough for 15mts without disturbing.
For the spinach stuffing-Steam the spinach leaves.Squeeze the water
Chop finely &mix with paneer, green chillies, nutmeg powder, white sauce &salt
procedure-Roll out the dough into small thin rounds.Boil plenty of water in a vessel &add 1 tablespoon of oil to the boiling water.Drop one round at a time into the boiling water,cook for 1/2minute &remove.Repeat for all rounds.Fill each round with a tablespoon of spinach stuffing &rollup.Arrange on a greased baking dish,pour the white sauce,spreada little stuffing for decoration &sprinklegrated cheese on top.Bake in hot oven at 200C[400F]for 15mts.Serve hot
