Everyone asks for the recipe.

Ingredients

7 fresh pears, peeled and sliced thin
1 egg, beaten
1 T flour
1/2 cup splenda
1 cup heavy cream
1 t vanilla
1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions

Combine pears, 1/2 cup splenda, egg, cream, 1 T flour and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, combine 1/3 cup sugar or splenda, 2/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup butter into coarse crumbs. Put crumb mixture on top of pie. Return to oven, continue baking for 30 minutes at 375 or until browned on top.
