Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, liquids and mix. Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
About 10 minutes before cake is done, prepare glaze
Boil for 2-3 minutes. Take off heat and add 1/4 cup of wine.
When cake is done, pour 1/2 of the glaze over cake. After cake is removed from pan, pour other 1/2 of glaze over cake.
Best wine to use is White Zinfandel.
