1 Box of instant Vanilla pudding (we use sugar free, french vanilla)
2 packages of cream cheese
lemon juice to taste, we use about 1 tablespoon
1 ready made pie crust (graham cracker)
1 and 3/4 cup Half & Half
Any fruit topping (optional) or nuts.
1. Mix pudding mix with Half & Half, let set in fridge untill thick, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Add cream cheese, and lemon juice, mix very well, untill nice and thick.
3. Pour into pie shell and viola!
Add any fruit topping or whipped cream, enjoy!
