upsidedown hot fudge sponge pudding

cooking time-7-10mts serves-4

Ingredients

unsalted butter-4Tablespoons
bleached flour-1 cup
powdered sugar-1 1/4 cups
cocoa powder-4Tablespoons
baking powder-1teaspoon
milk-half cup
brownsugar,powdered-1 cup
cold back coffee-1 cup
vanilla essence-1/2 teaspoon

Directions

In a bowl whisk flour, baking powder, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 11/2 tablespoon cocoa powder & salt. Add milk, melted butter & vanilla essence. Mix well. Spread in a greased dish.In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining powdered sugar & cocoa powder. Sprinkle evenly on top of the batter. Slowly pour the black coffee on the sides of the batter.Donot stir.Microwave covered for 5mts.A fudge like sauce forms on the bottom.
Stand pudding for 2mts.Serve warm with icecream
