Salmon yogurt dip

Substitute a can of shrimp or clams for the salmon for a tasty variation.

1 15-oz ca salmon
1/4 cup finely chopped onions.
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 taspoon sodium-reduced Worcestershire sauce
8 oz plain low fat yogurt.

In blender on low speed, blend salmon, onions, mustard and Worcestershire. Stir in yogurt. Do not overblend or dip may become watery. Serve chilled.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
