Salmon yogurt dip

Substitute a can of shrimp or clams for the salmon for a tasty variation.

Ingredients

1 15-oz ca salmon
1/4 cup finely chopped onions.
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 taspoon sodium-reduced Worcestershire sauce
8 oz plain low fat yogurt.

Directions

In blender on low speed, blend salmon, onions, mustard and Worcestershire. Stir in yogurt. Do not overblend or dip may become watery. Serve chilled.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
