Seashore Salad or Spread

Service as a salad or as an appetizer spread on crackers.


1/2 cup ripe olives, halved
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
4 green onions, sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 8-ounce bags frozen Pacific fish and crab meat blend. Drained
1 1/2 cups crreamy salad dressing


Combine olives, celery, onions, green pepper, water chestnuts and seafood. Just before serving, toss with dressing. Serve on a bed of lettuce greens.
