Ingredients
Casserole:
1 package Frozen, Cubed, Hash Brown potatoes
1 stick melted margarine (or butter)
1/2 cup finely minced onions
1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup of grated sharp cheddar cheese
Topping:
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
Directions
Combine the first five ingredients in a large rectangular casserole baking dish (or divide in half and bake in two smaller baking dishes). In a seperate container combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more for a total of 60 minutes TOTAL baking time. Serve hot.
