Melt choc chips, stir in bourbon and corn syrup, mix well and set aside. Mix cookie crumbs, powdered sugar and pecans, mix well.
Stir in chocolate mixture, let stand 20-30 minutes. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar.
Store in airtight container in refridgerator.
