Pumpkin Dip

I use ginger snap cookies as the usual dip. Gingerbread cake with this drizzled on top is great. Also, try it with Tostitos or a Yellow Corn Tostito, sounds unusual but the salty and sweet is a great treat.


1 30 oz. can pumpkin (not pie mix)
4 cups confectionary sugar
16 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger


Cream the cheese in mixer until smooth. Add rest of ingredients. Chill
before serving. Serve with ginger snap cookies or gingerbread cake.
(you can divide the recipe in half if you want a smaller portion)
