Ingredients
Cajun Seasoning Mix Makes 1 (1/2 pint) jar
/3 C. paprika (about 1 oz.)
2 T. garlic powder
2 T. onion powder
1 1/2 T. ground red pepper
1 1/2 T. dried oregano
1 1/2 T. dried thyme
1 T. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk. Transfer mixture to 1/2 pint jar. Seal jar.
2. Decorate jar and attagh gift tag with recipe.

Easy Cajun Corn Muffins
Makes 6 muffins
1 box (81/2oz.) corn muffin mix
1 1/2 T. Cajun Seasoning Mix ingredients listed on corn muffin mix box.
1. Empty corn muffin mix into med. mixing bowl. Stir in Cajun Seasoning Mix until well blended.
2. Prepare muffins as instructed on box.
