The taste of this pie reminds me of the little cinnamon rolls that I make out of the left over pie dough.

1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell
1 Cup light brown sugar Packed
3 Tbsp.flour
pinch salt
1 (12oz.) evaporated milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter

Preheat over 350 degrees.
In pie shell, place brown sugar, flour and salt.Mix with your fingers.Pour evaporated milk over the flour and sugar, but do not stir or mix this in.Dot with butterand drift with cinnamon liberally over all. Bake for 50 minutes or until the filling just bubbles up in the middle.

The filling will never completly set,but that is the way it is surpose to be.This pie is better served at room temperature. If you refrigerate left overs reheat them in the oven before serving.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
