VERY EASY, AND VERY GOOD.

Ingredients

12 VANILLA WAFERS
2-8OZ. CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED,
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 Tsp. VANILLA
2 EGGS.

Directions

LINE MINI MUFFIN TINS WITH FOIL MINI LINERS. PLACE 1 WAFER IN BOTTOM OF LINER. MIX CREAM CHEESE, VANILLA, SUGAR ON MED. SPEED UNTIL WELL BLENDED. ADD EGGS. MIX WELL. POUR OVER EACH WAFER IN IN TINS. FILLING EACH 3/4 FULL. BAKE 25MINS. AT 325 DEGREES. REMOVE FROM PAN WHEN COOL. CHILL. TOP WITH FRUIT, OR PRESERVES TO SERVE. OR YOU CAN USE YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS. JANICE AHONEN. SANDWICH, MASS.
