Spinach Brownies

Spinach Brownies

Great for main course or appetizer.

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound sharp shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs-beaten

Directions

Mix first three ingredients with milk, eggs and butter. Stir well, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into 13x9 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool a little. Best if served warm.
