1. Scald milk.
2. Remove from heat and add sugar, butter. Then set mixture aside to cool.
3. Add to warm water yeast.
4. Place in large bowl the flour, cheese.
5. Add and mix well the yeast mixture and milk mixture.
6. Cover with towel and let rise 1 hour.
7. Spoon into 3 X 4 X 8 greased bread pans. bake at 375 fro 35 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
