Zuccinni Bread w/ pineapple

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups white sugar
2 cups shredded zuccini
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple-drained
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt

Directions

Mix eggs,oil,vanilla & sugar together. Then add zuccini,pineapple. Mix together flour,baking soda,cinnamon,salt,nutmeg. Add dry ingredients to other mixture. Grease & flour 2 loaf pans. Cook in 350 oven for 1 hour.
