Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. In non-stick sprayed baking dish, layer chicken and broccoli.
In saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour and add milk. cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thicken.
Add lemon julice, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Pour over chicken and broccoli and top with croutons. Bake.
Oven : 350 for 25 minutes.
