Veal loaves

Easy to make.


3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 pound ground ham (light and lean)
1 1/2 pounds ground veal
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg white
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teablespoons prepared mustard.


pour milk over bread crumbs. Let stand 5 minutes. In a large, mix ham, veal, pepper, onion powder, egg white, parsley and poultry seasoning. thoroughly combine bread and milk mixture with meat mixture.
Form into 8 loaves and place in shallow pan and Bake at 325 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Mix brown sugar and mustard and baste loaves occasionally during last 15 minutes of baking.
