this cake is perfect for the fall taste just like a pumpkin pie and i use libby's pumpkin for this recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2c of sugar
1c vegatable oil
3 eggs
3c of all purpose flour
2tsp baking soda
1tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4tsp of ground cloves
1 can of libby's solid pack pumpkin
powered sugar

Directions

in a mixing bowl,blend sugar and oil.add eggs,one at a time, beatin well after each addition. combine flour ,baking soda,cinnamon,nutmeg,salt and cloves; add to egg mixture alternatly with pumpkin.tansfer to a greased 12 cup flutted tube pan. bake at 350 for 60 to 65 minutes or unitl a toothpick comes out clean. cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack remove pan and cool completely. dust with powered sugar
