• Combine crushed pineapple with juice, sugar, cornstarch and orange marmalade in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Cool slightly. Sauce can be served warm or chilled.
• Cut angel food cake into 12 slices. To serve, spoon sauce over each slice.
